The Building Energy Innovators Council (BEIC) organized the Smart Buildings & Technologies Expo along side the Real Property National Workshop organized annually by the Real Property Institute of Canada (RPIC). This is the expo in 2017 where ALec SmartLighting showed case its innovative All-in-one Lighting Energy controller (ALEC).
